· Our store hours have been altered to Mondays – Saturdays 9am to 6pm.
· Our Bargain Corner is no longer going to exist as of Monday January 17th. The pricing system will not be touched and our items will still be available for sale for a total of five weeks as usual. The only difference is that the items that are in their 5th and final week of sale will no longer be consolidated into the Bargain Corner section. The items will remain in their respective department for five weeks and will be removed from the sale floor at the beginning of the 6th week.
· We currently have a large influx of mattresses, couches, and TVs for sale. We have decided that it is necessary to lower our general prices for these items until the numbers have stabilized. Please come and take advantage of this opportunity!
Already we are two weeks into the new 2011 year and we are growing strong in our new store location. A special thanks to the many hundreds of volunteers who have flowed through our doors to take on the challenge of moving, organizing, vacuuming, and supporting our new facility. We are also so very blessed to have so many members of the community serving by offering donated items, volunteering and spreading the word about Potter’s House Thrift. We couldn’t have done all this without all your hard work and the continual blessing of our Lord!
With each new season that this store and its employees go through comes new trials, challenges, and struggles. Please help support us by encouraging our staff to continue the good work that has been started in their lives! We love and appreciate you all so very much and thank you for all that you have done so far in our ministry!
